SHIPPING
We ship orders Mon-Fri. via UPS or USPS. Shipping and Handling is $6 per sling. Add $2 per extra sling ordered. Tax will be applied to orders from California. Orders will be shipped 1-4 business days from order date. We make every effort to ship by the following business day. If you choose expedited shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Air), please e-mail us at info@wearingmybaby.com so we can apply the expedited shipping to your order

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Our customer service department will contact you via email of any shipment delays, if the product you ordered is not currently in stock, sold out or if we need additional identification for credit verification. Parcels are shipped without insurance, unless specified. If you want insurance, it is at your expense. If you live outside of the United States, you may incur customs fees, please check with your local customs office for details.

EXCHANGES
Correct sizing is very important for your comfort and the safety of your baby. If you feel you have the wrong size you may exchange it for the correct one. Your sling comes packaged with an exchange form and instructions for just such exchanges. All exchanges must be in NEW, unwashed condition devoid of perfume or cigarette smell and with all original packaging. Simply mail in the sling with the form on the back of your packing list filled out and we will send you a new sling as soon as we receive your sling to be exchanged. The exchange must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. If you are pregnant when you order your sling, you can exchange it up to 2 weeks after delivery.

For correct sizing please refer to the sizing chart provided. If you find yourself between 2 sizes, choose the smaller size if you usually wear light summery outfits, if you usually wear thick jackets, opt for the larger size. If you have questions about how your sling should fit, please email us at info@wearingmybaby.com Include your height/weight/bra size and the sling size previously ordered.
All orders with the 48 states may be exchanged at no shipping cost from us to you, once per order. The customer shall pay shipping from you to us. If a 2nd exchange is necessary, then the buyer will pay shipping costs both ways. International customers must pay shipping both ways for all exchanges .



RETURN
The most common return issue is sizing concerns. We encourage you to exchange your sling for your right size before you return the sling altogether. Most people find moving up or down one size from their original ordered size will provide a better fit. But if you are not completely satisfied with your sling for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange your order (less shipping and handling) within 30 days. Returned slings must be in new unused, unwashed condition, devoid of perfume or cigarette smell with all original packaging and must include a copy of your original invoice. Upon receipt, inspection & approval of your returned merchandise, we will process your return and efund the amount charged less shipping. All refunds will be made in the method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be refunded along with our $5 re-stock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. Wearing My Baby is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Returned item shipping charges are incurred by the customer. No refunds will be given after 60 days.


PAYMENT
We accept payment through Paypal, all major credit cards, money order or personal check. Please note that all checks must clear before the item will be made and shipped.
